Where you deploy in your own environment there are none at all — nothing flows to us for anyone else to handle. Intent Studio hosted by us is different, and that is set out below.
Deployed in your own environment
None. Your data never reaches us, so nobody else handles it on our behalf. That comes from how it is deployed, not from a promise you have to take on trust.
Intent Studio, hosted by us
The hosted version runs on cloud infrastructure we rent rather than own, so it has sub-processors. We are completing that list and will publish it here in full before the hosted version takes paying customers. Until it is published, treat the hosted version as unsuitable for data you cannot place with a third party — deploy Intent Studio in your own environment instead, where this page's answer is none.
Precepta is unaffected. It has no hosted version and will not have one.
If that ever changes
Anything else we ever add that handles customer data on our side will be listed here in full — published before it starts, not after.
