Everyone works from a different picture
People paste context into a chat assistant one at a time. Each person explains it their own way, nobody writes it down, and the gaps get filled with different assumptions.
Limina Labs
AI agents can do real work. What stops them is not the model — it is that nobody wrote down clearly enough what to do, and nothing was watching what they did. We fix both. Your team and its agents agree the work first. Then every AI request follows your company's rules, with a record of what happened.
Intent Studio and Precepta, available now · Any model · Deploy both on your own infrastructure
The problem
Give an agent a vague task and it fills the gaps with guesses. Nobody sees the guesses. The work comes out confidently wrong, and it is usually found late.
People paste context into a chat assistant one at a time. Each person explains it their own way, nobody writes it down, and the gaps get filled with different assumptions.
Someone prompts a coding agent and it changes real things. The people who should have had a say see it afterwards, when undoing it costs more than agreeing would have.
AI rules live in a policy document. The AI never reads it. Nobody can see what the agents actually did, and company data can leave the building without anyone noticing.
What we do
Two products. Intent Studio is where the work gets agreed. Precepta is what every AI request passes through. Buy either on its own, or both.
Where they run. Precepta only ever runs on your own infrastructure — there is no hosted version. Intent Studio is your choice: start on ours and sign up today, or deploy it in your own environment, where nothing leaves.
Agree before you act
Your team and its agents build one shared understanding of a piece of work, settle it, then plan and act on it together. Every line shows who proposed it and who agreed. You set how much the agents may decide on their own.
AI governance inside your company
You set the rules: which data is hidden, which models teams may use, and how much they may spend. Each call is checked against them and written down. Smart routing and caching bring the cost down. Works with the OpenAI API, so only the address changes.
Neither needs the other. Intent Studio works over the models you already use. Precepta governs whatever agents you already run. Together, what the team agreed and what the agents did are the same record.
How it works
Where it fits
They act on one person's prompt, in someone else's cloud. Fast for that person. The rest of the team finds out afterwards.
Shared documents and tickets, with AI on top. Good for writing things down. They do not settle what the work actually is before an agent starts on it.
They filter or record AI traffic. Useful, and necessary. But they sit outside the work, so they never see what the team meant to do.
Who's asking
Does our data leave?
No. It runs on your servers, and there is a signed proof that nothing left.
Trust & security →Does it fit what we already run?
It runs where your data already lives, over any model you choose.
Precepta →Can we prove what happened?
Every step is recorded, and the record cannot be quietly changed later.
Trust & security →Does this actually help us?
The work is agreed once, properly, before anyone or anything starts on it.
Intent Studio →Why it adds up
The model is rented, and easy to swap. What should not be swappable is what your company is trying to do, what it is allowed to do, and what it has learned. Today that lives in people's heads, in prompts copied between tools, and inside someone else's software — so you do not really own it.
The model — you rent it
The record — you own it
Not a feature demo. Something your team is actually working on: agreed properly, run on your own servers, and recorded so you can go back and check exactly what happened. Nothing sits with us, and you can export all of it.
